SLAV MY SPAGHET - "kluski z makiem" / Polish poppy seed pasta
Kluski z makiem is poppy seed pasta. It is sweet dish with honey, nuts and vanilla sugar. Very gud. In this video I also make the noodles that go with it. Popular holiday dish in Poland and Czech.
Ingredients (shopping list):
500g flour
2 eggs
300ml water
50g poppy seeds
500ml milk
1tbsp butter
20g raisins
20g almond flakes
20g walnuts
20g sunflower seeds
1tbsp vanilla sugar
1tbsp honey
