Learning tactics. The most basic part of any Football Manager game. But one of my most common questions in FM20 is: “how do you design your own tactic?” So, I have been promising this video as the answer and alas it has arrived. Pray for Reece - I handed him over a half-hour of footage that he boiled down to a precise guide to build a solid tactic, every time.

How to balance a tactic, how to reconcile your players comfort with tactical harmony, how to generate an agreeable system, and how to overload opponents on both ends all included.
