A new expedition to Agafya Lykova, August 2022
The journey to Agafya Karpovna took 3 days and 3 nights: in difficult weather conditions, volunteers covered the distance from the settlement of Abaza to Cardona Coetra with a length of 300 kilometers by motor boats.
Before the long winter, students helped to make stocks of hay and firewood, to collect berries, mushrooms and pinecones. The guys cleaned up next to the old house, dug a groove for draining water. The girls mowed the grass, milked and fed the goats.
