Local author Mark Scott from Horwich, kindly shares with us the background to his novel 'Beyond the Witches' Circle' and how a mystery in his family history research sparked his idea for his novel.
Beyond the Witches' Circle is a moving historical and romantic novel which will transport you to the middle of the nineteenth century in Tyneside and Tynedale. It is a story of family life, hardship, and romance, that plays out in towns and villages along the great river Tyne.
