When you're finished editing, I recommend exporting your project using a queue in Media Encoder. There are two main reasons I do this. First, if there's a crash, it just crashes Media Encoder, not Premiere. Second, it allows you to keep working in premiere while the project renders. You might notice that when you're playing back on your Premiere Timeline, Media Encoder pauses the export to free up system resources for Premiere. If you want Encoder to continue rendering while you edit, go to Premiere Pro, Preferences, Playback and uncheck the box Pause Media Encoder queue during playback. Now Encoder will work its magic while you edit!
