Let's make massage oil with vanilla and orange! The vanilla in this massage oil is actually infused into the jojoba.
You can get vanilla-infused jojoba pre-made (I buy from Aromatics International), but I tell you how to make your own at 1:09. I make it in a 8 oz (240 ml) PET plastic jar. PET plastic is known as a non-reactive plastic that doesn't leach. In cases where you're not using glass, PET plastic is a good choice.
1 "blob" of Vanilla oleoresin (you don’t have to be precise!) (1:36)
8 oz (240 ml) Jojoba wax (Simmondsia chinensis) (2:11)
Let it infuse for a week or more. When the vanilla-infused jojoba is ready, pour some into a 2 oz (60 ml) flip-top bottle and add your essential oil:
20 drops Orange essential oil (Citrus sinensis) (4:21)
Now just close the bottle and shake gently. You’re finished!
