In this video, I beat La Signora without getting hit by her attacks. I can't be bothered to do it damageless because that's a waste of my time. (it's possible though)
La Signora is a very simple fight once you get past the intimidating portion of the fight that is the constant need to worry about the floor being lava and the airconditioner being busted.
She is VERY resistant to both Cryo and Pyro, meaning that the only other damage types in the game that really can do damage are Geo, Anemo, Hydro, Electro, and Physical. Almost every character has access to Physical damage, and Signora doesn't really have high physical resistance, so we're going to be doing Physical damage to her for the most part, but you can use whoever you want.
The heat management in this fight can be solved by breaking one of the 4 nodes stationed in each corner, and that will also clear the floor in that corner of the arena as well. La Signora otherwise has very simple moves to dodge that shouldn't pose too much of a threat once you get it down. The first phase always starts off with the same 2 moves as long as you're close to her. Her cocoon phase can be done with any unit as long as you're taking advantage of the moths. If you aren't doing any additional damage to the cocoon through Pyro, it will take around 4-5 moths to break the shield.
Second phase is in my opinion the easiest part of the fight. You can very consistently get her to spam her sideways whip strike by standing near her, and that is a VERY steppable move. Otherwise she has a couple of fringe attacks such as throwing barrages of moths at you before shooting a circle of fire at you, or she can strike in a triple whip formation that does damage twice. Once she reaches around 25-20% HP, she will transform into a giant fire tornado and become invulnerable for awhile. She also has a charge attack that will summon 4 meteors from the sky that will land in each relative area of the arena, leaving the area around her the "safest" place to be.
