In August 2024, the TICAD Ministerial Meeting was held prior to the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD).

Here we introduce some highlights of co-creation between Japan and Africa, including events in which Japanese and African youth played a leading role and startup-related events that took place at the Ministerial Meeting.
