How to make a techno black hole effect in Godot (Polar Coordinates Shader)

In this video I am going to show you how to build a shader that will create a sphere-like, black hole effect.

To do this I will remap the cartesian UV coordinates to polar coordinates and explain how this works. In the second half, we will build a visual effect using this shader.
