Lard 5 in 1. I recommend everyone to make tender and tasty lard according to this recipe. Be sure to try it yourself. Unrealistically delicious!
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
600 g of lard.
Cut into 5 parts.
400 g of salt.
4-5 bay leaves.
1 tablespoon of black pepper.
Mix well.
Pour 300-350 g of salt on the bottom of the glass dish.
Roll each piece of lard on all sides in the prepared salt.
This recipe is not quick, but you will get a result that I think will completely satisfy you.
Sprinkle the remaining salt on top.
Cover with cling film.
Put in the refrigerator for 3 days.
3 days later.
Clean each piece of lard from excess salt.
Parchment paper.
1 clove of garlic.
Ground black pepper.
Rub the lard, garlic and pepper well.
Wrap with parchment paper.
Sprinkle the cutting board with Italian herbs.
Chili flakes.
It is good to roll a piece of lard in spices.
You can imagine how tasty it will be.
Wrap with parchment paper.
Sprinkle the cutting board with 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika.
It is good to roll the lard in paprika.
Wrap with parchment paper.
A mixture of spices left over from the previous lard.
Dip another piece well.
Wrap with parchment paper.
Ground coriander.
Roll the last piece in coriander.
Almost ready!
Put in the fridge for 3 days.
