In this video, I'm reading some books that were difficult, disquieting, and downright uncomfortable! How did I manage to keep reading My Dark Vanessa to the end? I'm taking that as such an achievement! That was actually harrowing...thank goodness for Excuse Me While I Ugly Cry with a better balance between cute/light rom-com vibes and heavy racial discourse.
