If we get anything else it's going to screw over another game. MK1 coming out in September gives SF6 3 months to breathe and Tekken 8 isn't until late 2023/early 2024. But any other smaller fighting game releasing near these games is setting themselves out to die

Mortal Kombat 11 had a long period before release where they just teased stuff. I'd love them to just dump it on us so we can play it without months worth of teasers only for a mid fighting game.

I think people are kind of jumping the gun here for "UNI 2". While this is a better sign than nothing, stuff getting rated in Korea doesn't mean it's necessarily going to happen for whatever reason. Heck, I'm still waiting on a couple of these ratings leaks from years ago. Like a console release for "AH3 Six Stars"...which is funnily now outdated since there's been a newer version, "AH3 Xtend", out for a few years now also. Might even be another one from recent news.

But yeah, an "UNI 2 would be nice. "UNI" itself was kind of left off in an odd spot after the "clr" update ended up being so mixed. The FB devs did say they wanted to make another entry but it's been all dark since. If it's true, hopefully I manage to actually get into it properly this time.

Uni leak is 100% real, when new Melty came out Raito(Melty/Uni OST composer) made a tweet that new Uni is in production so it's only a matter of when.

UNIST was the first game i felt like i gave my all and got results back. Made it out of pools for the first time and tied for 9th at the same tournament at Michigan Masters then made it out of pools again at Combo Breaker that same year. UNI is really great but i couldnt recommend anyone to play it in earnest when so many other games had such great netcode and UNIST/CLR were so rough in the netplay department :/

I'm actually much more excited about Uni than SF and Tekken combined. It might be a hot take right now but sf6 just doesn't seem fun...

Knowing French Bread it's gonna be an amazing 2d pixel art fighter (I loved mbtl).
