Saints Row: The Third Remastered - Everything We Know So Far!
In this Saints Row: The Third Remastered News Update, I showcase and talk about every single thing that we know so far about this game. Developed by Volition and published by Deep Silver, Sperasoft has completely transformed Saints Row: The Third. The game now runs more smoothly than ever, with the addition of full 4K and HDR support, better draw distance, motion blur, enhanced graphics, fog, and visual effects, like improved sparks and more detailed explosions. Sperasoft has also implemented a new lighting engine, which allows for more realistic lighting, and reflections on vehicles, water, and street puddles, among other surfaces. More than 4,000 of the game's nine-year-old assets have been enhanced with higher polycounts. All Weapons have been reconstructed with updated models and better animations, every Vehicle has been recreated, and all Characters and NPC Models have been remade from scratch. The city of Steelport has also been reworked, with brand new textures, neon lighting, and a much higher increase in the number of pedestrians and vehicles that can appear on the screen at one time. The game will be locked at 30 frames per second unless you're playing the PC version, which will run at 60 frames per second. All voice lines, sound effects, radio stations, and licensed music from the original version will return. Includes all three expansion mission DLC packs, Genki Bowl 7, Gangstas in Space, and The Trouble With Clones, and more than 30 pieces of additional DLC Weapons, Outfits, and Vehicles. Saints Row The Third: Remastered will be available this year on May 22nd for the PS4, Xbox One, and from the Epic Games Store, but it won't be available to purchase from STEAM until sometime in 2021.
