Steps:
- Launch discord and open your server.
- From here click on the dropdown menu arrow beside your server name at the top left of the page, then click on server settings.
- In the server overview section, tap on the change icon button.
- Select the image you would like to use.
- You can crop and adjust the image size here.
- When it is the size you like, click apply at the bottom here.
- Then click save changes at the bottom right of the screen.
