What is ChatGPT, and is it really that revolutionary? In this video I'll explain what ChatGPT is in simple terms , what are some of the use cases and how we can use it not just for things like development and programming but how we might use it in the ServiceNow world too!
Can ChatbotGPT write stories for us?
Can we ask it to suggest technical solutions to complex scenarios perhaps? Write a Business Rule or Client Script maybe?

I'll use ChatbotGPT to throw some ServiceNow specific scenarios at it to see what it comes back with. Given its a new artificial intelligence programme designed to simulate human conversation I put that to the test!.
Is this the future for ServiceNow developers? Can we connect in via an API to create ServiceNow Applications? Time will tell and I'm not quite convinced just yet but it certainly is an indication on what's to come..and that's exciting!
