February 9th 2022 was the worst day of my life, since that day i got injured and was forced to stop training. I then later on found out that my situation was a lot worse than anticipated, because i was diagnosed with Frozen Shoulders. This basicly means i had to accept that for 2-3 years i will not be able to train street workout. (Basicly with frozen shoulders you can't use your arms for anything). A year later and i'm only now starting to feel like shoulder function is slowly returning, so i'm training in the gym now and i plan to do that for bodybuilding purposes and because i enjoy that. Now i will say that i'm most likely gonna return to street workout once my shoulders are unfrozen and i can train again safely, BUT i don't think i will ever be able to train planche again. Sometimes you have to accept a harsh reality, but still keep moving forward despite how hard or unfair your situation may be. My biggest passion is for this sport, so i know i will be back (to frontlever and other skills) with a new type of hunger and anger you haven't seen before. That being said i will probably be grinding my ass off for frontlever when that time comes andddd combine it with gym stuff xD Big legz incoming btw :'(
