The Hell Moves in this Little Fighter 2 (LF2) mod are very cool. It's been a long time since I saw such amazing Hell Moves like this.

Timestamps:
00:00 : Touma
00:09 : Accelerator
00:26 : Mikoto
00:40 : Stiyl
01:26 : Kanzaki
01:39 : Acqua
01:44 : Sogiita
01:50 : Ace
01:59 : Hiei
02:17 : Kenshin
02:27 : Luffy

Important note: Ace, Hiei, Kenshin and Luffy are guest characters. You can't select them. I don't know the code to unlock them but I swapped their IDs with normal characters' IDs. Here's how to do it:
1) In folder "data", open data.txt

2) Find these lines, they are right at the top:
id: 1 type: 0 file: character\Touma\Touma.dat
id: 2 type: 0 file: character\Accelerator\Accelerator.dat
id: 3 type: 0 file: character\Mikoto\Mikoto.dat
id: 18 type: 0 file: character\Sisters\10032.dat

Change them to:
id: 61 type: 0 file: character\Touma\Touma.dat
id: 62 type: 0 file: character\Accelerator\Accelerator.dat
id: 63 type: 0 file: character\Mikoto\Mikoto.dat
id: 60 type: 0 file: character\Sisters\10032.dat

Then find these lines, they're a few lines below:
id: 61 type: 0 file: character\guest\Luffy\Luffy.dat
id: 62 type: 0 file: character\guest\Ace\gb_ace.dat
id: 63 type: 0 file: character\guest\Hiei\Hiei.dat
id: 60 type: 0 file: character\guest\Kenshin\Kenshin.dat

Change them to:
id: 1 type: 0 file: character\guest\Luffy\Luffy.dat
id: 2 type: 0 file: character\guest\Ace\gb_ace.dat
id: 3 type: 0 file: character\guest\Hiei\Hiei.dat
id: 18 type: 0 file: character\guest\Kenshin\Kenshin.dat

You STILL CAN NOT select these 4 guest characters. But you can select random, then reset random continuously until the game choose that character for you.

By the way, I used the English names from the folders' names in "character".
