Today I cooked one of our favorite recipes. They are so delicious I make them at least 2 times a week. A simple and delicious recipe for the whole family. Cook with joy! Cook with love!
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 mackerel.
Cut off the fins, head and tail.
Clean the insides.
We remove the bones.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon sweet paprika.
Chop 3 cloves of garlic.
50 ml vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Lubricate the mackerel fillet with the prepared sauce.
Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
4 eggs.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Beat with a whisk.
Chop some spring onions.
Mix well.
Heat 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Cut 1 onion.
Fry the onion until soft.
2 tomatoes.
Salt.
Black pepper.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
250 grams of minced meat.
Fry over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Heat 60 ml vegetable oil.
4 potatoes.
Fry the fried potatoes in hot oil until golden brown.
Salt.
Arrange the fried potatoes in a casserole dish lined with baking paper.
Pour egg mixture over it.
Place the meat filling in the middle layer.
Arrange as shown in the video.
Grate 100 g hard cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
The fish has marinated well.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
A delicious dinner for the whole family is ready.
