Hochhop - simple and quick hot dish of Armenian cuisine. Despite its simplicity, it comes out amazingly tasty: juicy chicken drumsticks combined with a huge amount of caramelized onions, a slight sourness from pomegranate and tenderness of butter. As soon as I saw this recipe, I could not calm down until I cooked it. This dish is served traditionally with boiled potatoes. When stewing, a very tasty gravy is obtained, which can be dipped out with white bread. I highly recommend cooking as a quick dinner without problems, but they also say that this dish is served on New Year's holidays, thanks to a grenade, it really looks festive.
