THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS ARE USED IN THIS RECIPE-
FOR DOUGH
1.All purpose flour 3 cup
2.salt 1 teaspoon
3.ghee 2 teaspoon
4.oil 4 tablespoon
5.chilled water
FOR STUFFING
1.Boiled potatoes 6/7
2.Bengali Panch Foron 1 and half tablespoon
3.Whole dry red chilli 3
4. ginger & green chilli paste 1 and half teaspoon
5.peanut 40 gram
6.raisin 20 gram
7.coconut 1 tablespoon
8,salt to taste
9.sugar to taste
10.turmeric half teaspoon
