«Live to 100 in Ukrainian» is a documentary film about how elderly people can stay active despite the challenges of war and constant stress, maintain vitality and optimism. The film explores the secrets of longevity, demonstrating the importance of movement, intellectual activity, positive thinking and connection with nature. Gerontological experts provide the scientific basis and explain the influence of these factors on the length and quality of life.

The film presents four unique stories: 91-year-old athlete Halyna Horyana, 84-year-old physics teacher Mykola Tabachuk, 76-year-old Lyubov Prochukhan, who continues an active life after losing her leg as a result of the bombing, and the couple Vasyl and Vasylyna Zelenchuk from the Carpathians, who support the traditional Hutsul way of life.
