It's US at the Zoo! For YouTube's 10th anniversary, we put together an EPIC collab with over 100 people (and lots of elephant) participating! Happy Birthday YouTube, and read more below about the inspiration behind this video!

10 years ago, on April 23rd 2005, YouTube co-founder Jawed Karim uploaded the first video ever to YouTube. It was an 18 second clip titled simply "Me at the Zoo". As of April 2015, YouTube has over 1 billion users uploading collectively over 300 hours of video every minute!

As someone who has been a part of this movement since almost the beginning, a content creator myself (Urgo) since January 2007, the platform has massively changed and grown but at its core the YouTube community is still made up of you and me. To celebrate this we reached out to the community and 100 or so of us took the idea of 'me' at the zoo and turned it into something much greater set to an original piece by Josh Woodward called "Show Me".
