Zumba: On the Floor - Warm Up
I taught step for years, so I put "corner knees" and "3-knee repeaters" in this warm up:) Repurposing those "old' moves:) There's a surprise ending..... Rose and I almost collide! FYI: For the Party Hearty event, we won't do the turn:)
