Firstly we would see a massive Gulf of China, providing access to the Pacific Ocean for many countries. Additionally we might build a canal through Central Asia and the Caucasus to ease travel between Asia and Europe.
Secondly, aside from China's own countless brands, even the largest Western companies such as Apple, Volkswagen and Tesla are manufactured in China, thus China's disappearance would impact the world more than any other country.
Lastly the USA would lose its biggest competitor while Russia would lose its biggest ally, meaning America would again become the sole superpower,
