Ever came across the term “test tube babies“? Or in vitro fertilisation? Sperm and egg can fuse naturally inside the female reproductive tract, but since 1978 there is also an assissted reproductive technology named IVF. What it is and how fertilization can be done in vitro (inside a petri dish) will be explained in todays video.
