This story first ran in 1993 when retired Air Force Sargent Robert Vinson contacted me with a story that I thought couldn't possibly be true. He told me that on the day President John F. Kennedy was assassinated he was on an airplane that made an unusual flight change and landed in Dallas. What happened next....has fueled those who believe we haven't been told the truth about the Kennedy assassination.
I'm running this story on the web because of several requests I've had from many people to see the story again.
In 2003 a Wichita lawyer James Johnston and a writer Jon Roe did more research into Mr. Vinson's story and followed it up with a book. The book not only contained Vinson's incredible story, but their research added new elements to an already incredible story.
I'm constantly asked if I believe Robert Vinson's story is true. Over the years, there is nothing about his story that we have not been able to disprove. His story, to the best of our ability, checks out.
Mr. Vinson passed away a few years ago, but the interest in his story continues. I'm posting it so others can make up their own mind.
