In interviews, I focus on two key things when evaluating a candidate. If they have these qualities, I'm likely to hire them. Here’s what I look for:
1️⃣ Learning Ability: I assess whether the candidate has strong learning capabilities.
2️⃣ Question Round: I ask 10 questions, ranging from easy to moderate. If they answer 8 out of 10 correctly, they move on to the next round.
