Mürren (German: Mürren) is a traditional mountain forest in the Bernese Oberland, canton. In Switzerland, the country's name belongs to the national group Valais.
Mürren is located at an altitude of 1,650 m above sea level and is a car-free zone, along with Gimmelwald, located 2.3 km to the south.
Mürren offers views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. In summer, Mürren is the starting point for mountain hikes, including the country's highest waterfall, the Mürrenbach.
In winter, it is a ski resort and part of the Jungfrau ski region.
