This is not a crash tutorial
A video of a walkthrough of 3D printing objects with the awesome SLA (formlabs) printers using the software "Preform", with a printed object at the end.
Edit: Newer versions of the Preform now accept OBJ files.
In this video I demonstrate the main features of preform and how to utilize them to make:
Predictable printing quality.
Faster printing.
More efficient printing.
Less post-printing scaffolding clean-up.
I'm in the process of printing more objects, and getting better recording equipments. I will make a set of new video tutorials with a lot more examples to show, examples of good and bad results to learn from.
Thanks to the RIT 3D printing crew.
I hope this was helpful.
