Only one Skylander figure may be used. If this Skylander runs out of health, the run is invalid.
Magic Items MUST NOT be used
Intentionally removing the Skylander or pressing minus to block damage in combat is not allowed
Chapters can not be intentionally restarted or replayed unless a soft-lock occurs, restarting due to a crash is also fine
Timer begins upon selecting Nightmare difficulty.
Timer ends when the star screen appears at the end of chapter 16
Usage of multiple controllers IS ALLOWED as long as you don't put another skylander on the portal
Only Skystone Cheats and Lock Puzzle Keys may be purchased from Auric, all other items (powerups, charms, etc) MUST NOT be.
Luck-o-Tron wheels MUST NOT be equipped.

This is my life story, I'm writing this here simply to finally say goodbye to the amazing game that is skylanders.
Years ago I remember sitting on the couch with my brother watching Phineas and Ferb or some other ridiculous TV show on cartoon network or Disney XD. I remember when the commercials came on me and my brother would mess around until our program turned back on, but one day, something changed. The very first day skylanders spyros' adventure was advertised I remember going nuts because it was absolutely crazy how cool it looked. I told my brother and then we ran to our parents and begged them to buy it for us. My mom had loved playing the spyro games so when she saw it was spyro she was already convinced. But we were short on money so dad said that if we were really good, in a couple months when my birthday came around he would get it for us. A couple of months pass and my birthday roles around and low and behold my dad got me and my brother skylanders for the wii along with 8 of the optional characters.
Me and my brother played the game for hours and never got bored of it, it was the most fun we had ever had and my dad seeing an opportunity decided to tell us that if we were good every couple weekends he would let us choose 2 or 3 skylanders. So me and my brother were on our best behavior and eventually a year had passed and skylanders giants came out which dad got us as well.
I remember going to game stop and toysrus to find anything new about the skylanders and we eventually found a skylanders guide book that showed us how to get 100% on everything, which motivated us to play even more.
We continued to play the game and then the worst happened. My family had planned to go on vacation and were one day away from leaving when my brother had a terrible accident. I lost everything that day aside from my parents but that means I lost my love for skylanders. I couldn't even turn the game on without crying because he wasn't there for us to fight over what skylander we wanted to play, i didnt even know they came out with new games till about 2 years ago. Years go by and then my family decides to move because the house felt so empty. I packed everything up and when it got to the skylanders I could barely wrap them up so they would be safe for travel. Now we moved into a new house and I'm much better but the skylanders are just sitting on a shelf. Probably never to be played with again. The only problem is my fire for skylanders is back but alas I am to late and now the skylanders cost to much. I am so happy that they made a skylanders TV show called skylanders Academy and they did such a good job that even as a 20 year old I still enjoy it. It allowed me to satisfy my itch for skylanders, but I still want more.
Anyways, thank you skylanders, for giving me so many memories that I will hold with me always. Thank you for letting me and so many more save the skylands.
