► Education unions are calling for the watchdog OFSTED to suspend school inspections after the death of a head teacher.
Ruth Perry took her own life in January while waiting for a report which downgraded her school from outstanding to the lowest possible rating.
Her death has led to a furious response from her family and at another local school, where the head tried to stop an inspection.
