First time in history, in 1969’ he won the weightlifting title. A year later, he competed Hong Kong bodybuilding championship won the overall title. In 1975’ he won Mr. Asia middle weight “running up” contest. Also, my father did over 140 films in his career. From Olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding, martial arts, actor, chairman of Hong Kong bodybuilding championships.
