“We also found inspiration in the Art Nouveau movement. The sinuous lines and the curves, the organic nature, it’s like a perfect pair for Delmira’s poetry. Her color is emerald green. She has this life force of the twelve book ladies with her that represents her writing and her emotions. They wear these beautiful crushed velvet leotards, and then they wear this over-piece that has that same Art Nouveau-inspired scrollwork.”
