This is an RPC Authority reading of RPC-254 "Mind Fog or How I Learned to Stop Worrying", an ordinary cymbal-banging monkey toy, branded "Musical Jolly Chimp", which causes serious mental issues to anyone who plays with it. Some effects are a star-shaped iris, a mental compulsion to play with the toy, and an acidic brain fog surrounding the victim.
