After using Pro theme from Theme.co since 2014, here are my thoughts on it and who I think should use it.

TLDR; I love it. I finally broke down about a year ago and got the unlimited lifetime license so I don't have to keep buying new licenses for every site I build. You might be a little overwhelmed if you're just a beginner, but for intermediate or advanced users who NEED full control over every design aspect of their site, you'll love it.
