Texas’ Executive Senior Associate AD/Chief of Staff Chris Plonsky and MTSU’s Deputy AD/SWA Diane Turnham join ADU’s Tai M. Brown at the Women Leaders Convention to look at the shifting industry landscape through the lens of longevity, offering the perspective of their combined 88 years in college athletics. Plonsky, who has been in athletics for 46 years including 35 with the Longhorns, and Turnham, who has been in athletics for 42 years including 40 with the Blue Raiders, reflect on why adhering to the value system of their institution has served as a stabilizer in turbulent times and how they’ve remained consistent through the various roles and titles they’ve held throughout their careers.
