Susana Morales is another victim of the same old story. Her family reports her missing but the officers hit them with, “She probably just ran away.”
They won’t consider them “missing” until 48 hours after they disappeared.
If the first 48 hours are the most crucial in any investigation, why wait even one second? However, the plot thickens when one of their fellow officers becomes the primary suspect.
