Walter Ogrod spent 28 years in prison after he was wrongfully convicted of murdering 4-year-old Barbara Jean Horn in 1988. After filing a lawsuit against the city of Philadelphia as well as detectives involved in his case, he’ll now receive $9.1 million from Philly taxpayers.
