In this video I explain how I increased my free testosterone by reducing the levels of sex hormone binding globulin. However, the only way I managed to do that was to identify the root cause of the elevated SHBG in the first place, which in my case was iron overload!
After a few regular blood donations/phlebotomy, my free T levels improved significantly.
In this video I also discuss the bloodwork published by @Paulsaladinomd which showed very similar trends and improvement after phlebotomy.
