Docker run enhanced multithread Apache Bench SSL load test
This enhanced version of Apache Bench tool with multithread feature I took from mTCP project, I enhanced it with SSL load test capability 9 years ago, but now it fails to compile on recent OS distribution because of old legacy code and library dependencies.
