SAS Airbus A320 Bird Strikes | Pilot Quickly Aborts Landing
A SAS Scandinavian Airlines Airbus A320-200N, registration SE-ROZ performing flight SK-4546 from Oslo to Alta (Norway), was on final approach to Alta's runway 29 when it hit a flock of birds ahead over the runway but the crew could not avoid the right hand engine (LEAP) to ingest a sea gull.
