Welcome back to another Hiking in Colorado 14er adventure! On August 22nd, 2020, I made my way back out to the San Juan Mountains in Colorado to hike the Southwest Slopes of Mount Wilson as well as El Diente Peak from the Kilpacker Basin trailhead which is located in the Lizard Head Wilderness. The connecting ridge between El Diente and Mt. Wilson is one of the four great Colorado traverses. After the climb, we spent a full day in Telluride.
