The facelifted Kia Sorento features an all-new exterior design that is designed to express futuristic boldness and a more premium look. At the front, the new bonnet profile reveals a more status-conscious SUV design with a more generous shape and a more defined silhouette. In addition, the Kia logo has been moved to the top of the bonnet. The unique shape of the vertical headlamps and the star constellation pattern of the daytime running lights underline the avant-garde and high-tech character of the vehicle, as does the new 3D mesh grille.
The vertical position of the headlamps combines with the graphic design of the rear lights to create a perfect visual harmony, while emphasizing the robust and powerful look of this SUV. The sequential front turn signals further enhance the high-tech dimension of the vehicle. The completely redesigned front bumper now descends lower to provide a feeling of robustness and reliability. It is combined with a widened skid plate, redesigned fog lights and a vertical air intake molding to convey an image of power and sophistication. On the sides, the side decorative insert adopts a new, more raised design. In addition, the Sorento offers a new 19-inch alloy wheel model.
The rear face receives new optical units integrating diagonal LEDs. The star constellation pattern of the vertical light units, created by the connection of the two independent rear lights, highlights the connected look of the Kia Sorento. With its tapered profile, the third LED brake light relays a high-tech and premium image, while the new rear bumper and rear diffuser insert provide a real impression of robustness. In addition, the wide and imposing rear skid plate, combined with the graphic elements of the black molding, gives this SUV a powerful and assertive look.
Three new colours for an even wider choice
The Kia Sorento is available with a palette of 10 exterior colours, including three new shades: Volcanic Sand, Cosmic Grey (already available on EV6), and Aventurine Green (already available on Niro)*. The colours Celestial White, Pearl White, Ebony Black, Aluminium Grey, Sapphire Blue, Comet Grey and Mineral Blue remain in the catalogue.
A restyled interior for optimal on-board comfort
Inside, the Kia Sorento offers panoramic dimensions that provide an incredible impression of width. This feeling of width and horizontality is further accentuated by the minimalist ambient lighting strip that stretches across the entire width of the cabin below the air vent inserts. Available in 64 colours, this ambient lighting is present along the dashboard, on the gear lever knob and on the front door mouldings. The curved display panel and the multifunction touchscreen underline the resolutely modern and high-tech character of the interior. In addition to the new design of the gear lever knob, the black headliner, the metallic pedal covers and the panoramic roof give the Sorento a dimension that is at once modern, original and technological.
The Sorento also benefits from the most advanced comfort and convenience equipment, including an ergonomic driver's seat with electric lumbar adjustment, as well as seats with memory function as standard on the Premium trim. The steering wheel covered in high-quality synthetic material can be heated in cold weather, and has an electric height and reach adjustment function as standard on the Premium trim. The heated, ventilated and electrically adjustable front seats, as well as the heated second-row seats guarantee maximum comfort for all occupants of the vehicle.
