Lethal Company Monsters Explained. The Kidnapper Fox is an Entity in Lethal Company. Kidnapper Foxes appear as fox-like entities, and can only spawn in Vain Shroud groupings with more than one shroud present.
Kidnapper Foxes do not like to kill out in the open, so they will drag a player using their tongue to Vain Shrouds where it kills them off there, thus getting the name "Kidnapper" Fox.
The Kidnapper Fox likes to roam around moons, but mainly near Vain Shrouds and the Ship, so players need to be careful going in or near Vain Shrouds and watch out for a Kidnapper Fox that could be lurking near or inside the ship.
If a Kidnapper Fox gets a hold of you, you must use an item that you can hit its tongue with, such as a shovel, to cause the Kidnapper Fox to let go of you. If you do not have a shovel or another item similar to the shovel, than one of your teammates can help and hit the tongue. If no one has anything to hit the tongue with, you are likely to be killed once you reach the Vain Shrouds.
This Monsters is still in the Beta version so it will likely get changed.
