the Death Star trash room had what?
The Dianoga EXPLAINED. In Star Wars a New Hope trash room tentacle monster that Luke down. Well that tentacle thing was a Dianoga. These creatures grow up to 30 ft long, are cephalopods with 7 legs, and have a mouth full of sharp teeth. They also have one large eye thing that it would pop out water scout for prey. Dianogas are native to the planet Vodran where they scavenged and hunted the swamps, sewers, and junkyards looking mainly for smaller prey fish crabs
According to the LORE reason Death Star has a Dianoga in trash compactor
Purposely put to eat any organic materials fell in there
What’s interesting is it’s said these creatures are sentient
and even sometimes force sensitive so was it going after luke cause knew he’d be jedi
