The fuel filter on #Audi A6 / A7 is in the tank, part of the fuel pump assembly is changed, only the original filter is not sold separately. To replace the filter, you will need to remove the entire fuel pump, for this we remove the rear seat (it is on disposable clips), disconnect 2 electrical connectors, disconnect the fuel supply tube with a quick-release connector, unscrew the ring, remove the fuel pump.
There is another filter in the glass of the fuel pump, but it can only be replaced by cutting the housing, since the plastic is soldered there.
