US ultramarathon star Courtney Dauwalter runs during a high altitude training session in Colorado. Dauwalter, 38, who already won iconic long distance races such as "Hardrock 100" and "Ultra-trail du Mont-Blanc", says "when you run 200 miles, it's basically like buckling yourself into a roller coaster ride and taking it as it comes".
