There are many programs out there to create animated GIFs or memes, but if you already have Microsoft PowerPoint, then that’s all you need!
In this hands-on tutorial, I’ll walk you through how to insert characters for the animation (there are lots to choose from in PowerPoint), how to storyboard each animation frame, and then finally how to save the deck as an animated GIF. It’s easier than you think!
