These were on a CD featuring PAMS Series 29 jingles including those recorded for Altoona Top 40 station WVAM. I'm figuring the Altoona Chamber of Commerce was working in conjunction with WVAM as there is a jingle the station had recorded that sought to motivate listeners to get involved with the progress of Altoona.

I'd love to know the story behind these jingles. Was Altoona going through a period of growth and development? I love the idea of promoting a city AND civic involvement through jingles, especially some of PAMS best jingles.
