Two handsomely marked Razorbills Alca torda are shown fishing for sandeels in Lerwick Harbour on a windy and rather changeable day. A series of still photographs is also shown, one of which has been cropped. These auks use their wings to provide additional thrust when they dive, sometimes to quite a depth, and they are held beside the body when they surface, possibly assisting stability on the choppy sea. Their gape is a very attractive shade of yellow!
